- Ok.secure will include the function of a wallet for crypto trading in the future.
- OK.de Services GmbH is thus setting a new entrepreneurial focus in the field of FinTech.
- The OK.secure Wallet is completely self-contained and independent.
OK.de Services GmbH is pleased to announce that the messenger service OK.secure will be extended by the function of the OK.secure Wallet.
The new Ok.secure Wallet includes all the necessary functions of crypto trading securely encrypted in one application: the storage, trading and transfer of cryptocurrencies, NFTs and digital assets. At launch, 40 blockchains and more than 100,000 assets are already being offered, including BTC, ETH, FKX and NFT. In addition, crypto currencies can be sent and received directly in the encrypted chat of OK.secure. The Ok.secure Wallet will be available in both the app and the desktop web application of the messenger service OK.secure.
The integration and launch of the Ok.secure Wallet will be completed in the 1st half of 2022. By expanding, OK.de Services GmbH is strengthening its orientation towards a FinTech service provider and thus taking into account the current developments in this sector.
This will have the following effects on Ok.de’s planned IPO: Since the new Wallet feature means an increase in shareholder value, the Ok.de IPO will be postponed beyond the turn of the year 2021/2022 in consultation with all participants of the IPO. Thus, this increase can already be taken into account in the 2021 annual financial statements, which will result in an enormous increase in the value of the company.
