Fast Finance 24 Holding AG Builds on Positive Q1 Performance to Generate a Strong €1.72 Million in Earnings in Q2 2021

Fast Finance 24 Holding AG (ISIN: DE000A1PG508) can again report positive earnings performance for Q2 2021. For the period from 1 April 2021 through 30 June 2021, the Company generated income in the amount of €2.17 million to achieve H1 earnings of €1.72 million after taxes.
Here too, most income resulted from the sale of interests in the Company’s ok.de subsidiary, which operates a freemail and comparison shopping platform. As was recently announced, ok.de is still expected to go public before the end of the year 2021.

The investment in ok.de has not been taken into account in the financial statements up to now, and the same applies as regards the impact of Standard Vape Corporation of the U.S., a 90% interest in which was acquired in the context of a reverse merger. Standard Vape Corporation is traded over the counter. These effects will be reflected in the annual financial statements for the year 2021 at the very latest.

It is also assumed that name of Standard Vape Corporation will soon be changed to FF24 Pay Corporation in the near future.
